I never got a response back from them until the day of the event so I did not go on this Cruise because on the day of the event they emailed me and said they will not pick me up at my hotel and I needed to find my own way there.”

“Herded to the ship via 2 different vans, cattle class. At ship we were ticked off a list like school children. We were shown to a table with uncomfortable wooden chairs and were not allowed to sit together. The cold metze food was already laid out on table , tasteless, poor service so we left ship before we left . Awful experience for anyone with any taste. Compared to a previous ship dinner in Paris with Viator 3 months earlier which was superb. Very disappointed”
