“Very nice trip by bus to Bursa and the surrouding mountains. We visited a lokum shop, silk shop and a 600 years' old tree...after that a ski resort and the cable car back. Also a final visit to Bursa center before we headed back home to Istambul (partially by boat). All together 15 hours...good value for the money spent! The guide (Doğan) was nice and friendly. He really looked after the whole bunch of visitors and kept them together. The only negative thing was the eternal search for all the clients in different hotels in the morning and the reverse in the evening!!”

“Rude aggressive guide. Bus driver was filming his driving up the mountain for instagram instead of looking at road nearly swerved off. Music at nightclub volume for a bus of older people. All we did was visut gift shops then spent less than 1.5hr actually seeing bursa. Avoid. The people running the tour are horrible. Even if they were nice, the tour is not a tour, its a waste of time, a total scam. It was a 15 hour day. They tried to take more money for a return bus trip too but luckily i spoke up and refused so we did not have to pay. In the last 6…”

“It was very cold on top of the mountains but no scenery to see. It was just the lift that made it exciting In Bursa city, there were only few silk stores that are open. All souvenirs sold at those stores can be found at Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. They brought us to Turkey Delight stores. Again, these stores can be found in Istanbul. They brought us to a giant 650 yr old tree. Not too impressive because one has to go up the hill. I cannot recommend the Bursa tour.”

Pick up and drop off should be at hotel door, however after a long trip (14 hours ) they dropped us off at the agency door saying you can walk to your hotel! Tour guide Mahmoud told us we can’t pay for cable car by credit card and he can get us tickets and ee pay him later. We discovered he was trying to sell us cable car ticket with a higher price and credit cards are accepted”

“Uludag was nice with ice, chairlift and sledging. Green mosque and cable car ride was a treat but wished we had gone there when it wasn’t already night and dark. Itinerary could have been revised to deleting the turkish delight & jam store - none of the people were happy with these parts of itinerary. If it is compulsory, it should be kept for last so that we don’t miss on things which we actually came for. And in this process, the car ferry ride was deleted as there was no time left. Guide Ozturk was v polite and kind. And also our driver was v nice!”
